LashxSaint Policy ✨ Same Day Cancellation - Please cancel 24 to 12 hours before your appointment. Communicate any changes as soon as they happen. For the most part I am understanding. If you cancel same day, there is a fee of 60% of the service. If the fee isn’t paid then you will not be allowed to book again. New Clients - For new clients there will be a one time $30 deposit. The deposit can be sent thru Zelle at 6827603268 or Venmo/Cashapp at saintyvves / $saintyvves . The deposit will go towards your service. The deposit is none refundable. Please book your corresponding service. Example: If you book a mini fill knowing that it has been more than a week since your last fill or full set, book a regular fill. I will alter the service accordingly. There are no refunds for any services. If your lash extensions fall out abnormally within 3 days of the application, I will fix your lashes free of charge at a time available within my hours. I don’t have many rules, I just ask that my time is respected. I don’t care to do business with everyone. I care to do business with those that respect me and my craft. Lash extensions are delicate, do not be rough with them. Only force can snap them off. Be mindful of how you sleep & to not pick or pull on them.
